When you welcome friends at home, it’s always pleasant to have a beautiful table. It always helps to create the perfect atmosphere and tiny little details can make the difference. Pretty bottles are an awesome way to start. It’s easy to give them a fresh new look for a luminous table.
What you’ll need :
- A simple glass bottle (a crystal clear bottle if possible)
- Glue
- Glitters
- Tape
- Brushes
Step by step :
1) Give your bottle a really good clean. Don’t forget to remove all the tags (you might want to use alcohol to remove the tags).
2) Place the tape on your bottle to help you to get the right pattern. You can do something basic with symetrical horizontal lines or add a little fantasy with crossing tape.
3) With your brush, paint your bottle with glue. You might want to start section by section and not do the whole thing (the glue might dry before the next step).
4) Pour glitters generously over your bottle while turning the bottle. Remember, you want to get an homogeneous layer of glitters.
5) Let everything dry.
6) Remove the tape.
