The website Creatistic Studio (creatistic.net) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy describes the data collected and how they are used, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected
The website may collect the following data:
- Browsing data: pages viewed, visit duration, browser type and operating system, through a privacy-friendly web analytics tool, Plausible Analytics. It is used in two ways: the service operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, European Union) and an instance of the same software installed on our own servers at OVH in France. This tool does not use cookies and collects no personally identifiable data.
- Comments: if you post a comment, the name, email address and text you enter are recorded, together with your IP address and the date. Your email address is never published. These data are kept for as long as the comment remains on the website.
- Technical cookies: no cookie is set when you simply browse the website. WordPress sets technical cookies only for logged-in users and, if you tick the box provided for this purpose when commenting, to remember your name and email address.
Purposes of processing
The data collected are used to:
- Ensure the proper technical operation of the website
- Analyse website traffic anonymously
- Improve the content and the user experience
- Reply to messages sent to us
Legal basis
The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the publisher (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for traffic analysis, and on the user’s consent for any additional processing.
Retention period
Anonymised browsing data are kept for a maximum of 13 months. WordPress technical cookies expire after one year at most.
Recipients of the data
The data collected are neither sold nor transferred to third parties. They are processed only by the technical service providers that the website needs in order to operate: OVH (hosting, France), Plausible Insights OÜ (audience measurement, Estonia), and Resend, Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc., described in the section below.
Cookies and trackers
The website uses only technical cookies that are necessary for its operation. No advertising or tracking cookie is set. The Plausible analytics tool works without cookies.
Contact form and service providers
If you write to us through the contact form, your name, email address and message are used solely to reply to you and are kept for 12 months after our last exchange (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request). The message reaches us by email via Resend, Inc., an email delivery provider established in the United States and certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Like any web server, ours records the IP address, the requested page, the date and the browser type for each visit, solely for the security and proper operation of the website; these logs are deleted after 14 days.
The website is hosted by OVH in France. Some images may be delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which for this purpose processes the IP address of visitors who load them; this transfer is governed by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified.
